Export as Text or HTML

• Go to "Content" and select the Table of Contents (ToC) content folder to display your document settings. 
• Select "Preview Text" to compose the document (this is quite fast for a 2 pager but can take several minutes for a 200+ page book).
• Open the More menu (...) and select "Copy" (to copy as text) or "Copy as HTML" to copy as a single HTML doc.
